Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Hood River, OR Why Apply? Quick Facts Location: Hood River, OR Start Date: 09/18/2026 Shift: Clinic (8am 5pm), Call (7am 7am for 24-hour call, night call 5pm 7am) Schedule Options: 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off (full-time preferred) Hours/Week: 40+ (with OT considerations) Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certs: Active OR license, DEA, BLS, NRP, BC or BE within 3 5 years Experience: Prior OB and GYN experience; case log documentation for privileges Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement if applicable What You ll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecological care Perform in-office procedures and minor surgeries Manage deliveries approximately 0-2 per shift, with some shifts involving no deliveries Assist with emergency ectopic cases and other GYN emergencies Participate in weekend and weeknight call shifts, including 24-hour hospital coverage Document patient cases and maintain necessary case logs for privileges Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care What You Need Required: Valid Oregon medical license DEA registration Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN within 3 5 years BLS and NRP certifications Ability to provide sufficient case logs for privileges Preferred: Previous inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN experience Flexibility with scheduling About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Hood River, Oregon.
