Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician In-House Call Coverage in Issaquah, WA Are you looking for flexible in-house call shifts with excellent compensation and support? Quick Facts: Location: Issaquah, WA Start Date: 09/18/2026 Duration: Ongoing coverage from January 2027 Shift: 12-Hour In-House Call (Varied hours: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 8pm-7am, etc.) Hours/Week: 14-21 shifts/month Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active WA License, DEA, BLS, BC required Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (rate to be filled out on bid) Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do: Provide OB-GYN inpatient care during in-house call shifts Manage gynecological and obstetrical cases as required Collaborate with clinical team to ensure patient safety and quality care Document and communicate patient progress and treatment plans Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols Support on-call emergencies and urgent care cases Maintain certification and licensure requirements in accordance with hospital regulations What You Need: Active Washington medical license and DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS certification 14+ OB-GYN in-house call shifts per month Strong clinical skills and team collaboration abilities About the Assignment: This position involves providing inpatient OB-GYN care during in-house call shifts at a leading facility in Issaquah, WA.
