Quick Facts Location: Elkins, WV Start Date: 12/07/2026 End Date: 06/07/2027 Shift: 24-hour call shifts, Day 07:00 - 07:00 Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Certifications: Board Certification, BLS, ACLS required Experience: 5+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $ Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide OB/GYN services primarily in Labor and Delivery and obstetric care Support labor and delivery staff during 24-hour call shifts Perform all OB/GYN procedures required for patient care Collaborate with nursing staff, pediatrics, and anesthesia teams Assist with approximately one birth per day Ensure patient safety and deliver quality care for women of child-rearing age Adhere to hospital protocols and EMR documentation standards (Paragon) What You Need Required: Board Certification in OB/GYN DEA license BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Preferred: Willingness to obtain licensing via IMLC if applicable Strong procedural skills in all OB/GYN procedures About the Assignment Join a dedicated team supporting labor and delivery at a prominent facility in Elkins, WV. This role focuses exclusively on patient care during 24-hour call shifts, offering an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to serve a vibrant community of women.
