Quick Facts Location: Auburn, California (2700 Dolbeer Street) Start Date: Immediate upon credentialing End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD), AL State Optometry License Experience: All levels welcome, experienced with contact lenses and ocular therapeutics preferred Pay & Benefits Pay: $1.00/hour (compensation details discussed upon application) Benefits: Comprehensive package including matching 401(k), dental, paid time off and holidays, malpractice insurance, CE opportunities, and partnership potential What You ll Do Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose visual conditions and ocular diseases Prescribe medications and implement treatments for a range of eye conditions Assist patients with eyewear selection, contact lenses, and therapeutic procedures Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide seamless, patient-centered care Stay current with industry trends and advancements to enhance patient outcomes Contribute to the growth and success of the practice as a potential partner What You Need Required: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Valid AL State Optometry License Preferred: Prior experience in clinical ophthalmology or optometry preferred but not required About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Auburn, California, renowned for delivering top-quality eye care in a welcoming environment.
