nnAdvanced Care Delivery : Utilize telemedicine/TCON/Virtual Visits and community cancer centers to extend our reach.

nnResearch and Innovation : Benefit from our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant, providing access to cutting-edge clinical trials.

nnAccredited Programs : Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) accreditation by the Commission on Cancer and we hold a certification from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accredited by the American College of Surgeons.

n nJob Specifics
nnnConsultative Call Only : Hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverage.
n
nnPatient Load : Manage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per day.
n
nnGrowing Team : Join a team of 4 MDs and 3 APC's, with anticipated future growth/expansion.
n
nnRegional Outreach : Provide care one day per week/month (depending on the week) to clinics in Jamestown, ND; Lisbon, ND; Wahpeton ND; Detroit Lakes, MN; Park Rapids, MN and Fosston, MN.
n
nnCall Schedule : Approximately 8-10 days of call per month.
n
nnState-of-the-Art EMR : Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for seamless patient care.
n
n nRequirements
nnnBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology
n
nnBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
n
nnExperience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician
n
n nCOMPENSATON
nn$571,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
