The Organization & Regional Cancer Center

CHRISTUS St. Vincent, was founded in 1865 by the Sisters of Charity. We are a private, not-for-profit community health system that serves over 300,000 people across 19,000 square miles and seven counties in New Mexico. As the only full-service health care system in Northern New Mexico, we are committed to providing access to a comprehensive range of quality health care services and a proud member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Our providers work collaboratively through CHRISTUS St. Vincent's hospital and numerous outpatient clinics and the Cancer Center. As the only CMS 5-star hospital in New Mexico, we are committed to clinical excellence and compassionate, mission-driven care.

Our Regional Cancer Center is a brand-new, state-of-the art facility. We offer a wide-range of cancer treatment/care and supportive services designed to address the physical, emotional, psychological as well as the practical needs of our patients and their families.

Our multidisciplinary clinical team is led by highly skilled physicians and advanced practice clinicians specializing in medical oncology, breast surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and radiation oncology. With deep expertise and a collaborative approach, the team delivers comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care. We leverage the EPIC/Beacon electronic medical record system across all inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care.

We are a proud affiliate of the Mayo Clinic Care Network - a major asset to our cancer patients, and the only Mayo affiliate in the state of New Mexico.
