Job Description### Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Eau Claire, WI (No License Required to Bid) ### Why This Role
\ N Ongoing community-based Hematology/Oncology coverage
\ N Full-time schedule preferred;
2–3 weeks per month considered
\ N Established physician and APP support team
\ N Onsite chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation oncology services
\ N Temporary privileges available
### Assignment Details \ N Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin
\ N Start Date: December 1, 2026
\ N End Date: Ongoing
\ N Preferred Commitment: Full-time
\ N Alternative Commitment: Two to three weeks per month
\ N Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\ N Lunch: One-hour break
\ N Call: Shared weeknight and weekend beeper call
\ N Call Response Time: 30 minutes
\ N Setting: Inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic
\ N EMR: Cerner
\ N Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
\ N Temporary Privileges: Available
\ N Hospital Privileges: Required
### Requirements \ N Board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist
\ N Hematology/Oncology fellowship training
\ N Active ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications
\ N Ability to manage a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions
\ N Ability to provide ambulatory and hospital consultations
\ N Willingness to participate in shared night and weekend call
\ N Must use the required real-time mobile timekeeping system
### Preferred Skills \ N Bone marrow biopsy experience
### Clinical Details \ N Approximately 15 patients per shift
\ N Community-based cancer center
\ N Support team includes:
- 2 physicians - 3 Nurse Practitioners - RNs, Medical Assistants, and office staff\ N 18 chemotherapy infusion chairs
\ N 2 non-chemotherapy infusion chairs
\ N Onsite radiation oncology services
\ N Bone marrow biopsies can be performed within the cancer center
\ N No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
