Job DescriptionA physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system spanning North Dakota and Minnesota is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative, high-performing oncology program supported by a large multispecialty network and strong referral base.

Position Highlights:

\ N Full-time hematology/oncology practice in a comprehensive cancer center

\ N Multidisciplinary team: medical oncology, radiation oncology, and palliative care

\ N 4 medical oncologists supported by APPs across service lines

\ N Manage 12–14 patients/day in a high-access, team-based model

\ N APP-first overnight call coverage (5 PM–8 AM, Mon–Thu) with light physician rotation

\ N Optional bone marrow biopsy procedures

\ N On-site PET/CT and advanced imaging support

\ N Epic EMR with AI-enabled documentation tools (DAX)

\ N Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students

\ N 300+ provider, 65+ specialty physician-led integrated system
