\ N Join a team of 5Hematologist/Oncologist, 3 Radiation/Oncologist, and 1 GYN/Oncologist
\ N Each physician has their own dedicated NP/PA
\ N Manageable load of 13 patients/day
\ N Flexible schedule
Tumor board
\ N Primarily outpatient
\ N Call 1:5 (consultative only)
\ N Dedicated 24/7 hospitalist program
\ N Compensation/Benefits
\ N Guaranteed salary plus production bonus
