Job DescriptionHematology/Oncology Physician needed in Southeastern Ohio (Permanent)Position Highlights:Schedule: Full-time, 4-5 day work week, clinic open M-F 8am-5pmRequirements: MD/DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology required. Open to H1 visa candidatesCompensation: Starting base salary $550,000 with a 3-year guarantee, uncapped wRVU productivity bonus, $108.58 per wRVUBonuses Offered: Sign-on/Retention Bonus $75,000, Relocation Allowance up to $15,000, Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000 over 5 years, Final year Fellowship stipend $25,000Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive cancer care in an 80,000 square foot center offering radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, neurosurgery, urology, and diagnostic imagingSupervise APPs and participate in mentorshipParticipate in cancer committee, breast program leadership, and accreditation processesFacility Highlights:NAPBC accredited cancer center focused on patient outcomes and quality careOffers interventional radiology, pathology, surgical oncology, PET, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CT scan, and diagnostic imaging on-site, as well as laboratory servicesBiweekly cancer tumor board and cancer committee meetingsCommunity Highlights:Located along the Ohio-West Virginia border in a community known for its supportive environment and quality-driven careOffers diverse patient population with a high volume of Medicare/Medicaid patientsExcellent public and private schools, local activities including hiking, mountain biking, boating, skiing, and moreLower cost of living with access to a welcoming communityAdditional Information:EMR: Mosaiq for outpatient, BOLT for inpatient, Meditech as the main systemHospital privileges required at main hospital and SelbyComprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage, 403(b), 457, and a generous pension plan, medical, dental, and vision insuranceAnnual CME allowance of $5,000 with paid days to attend6 weeks of annual time off, front-loaded at the beginning of the fiscal year
