A physician-owned, multi-specialty group east of Syracuse, New York is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established cancer program with a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights:
* Join an established team of 2 Hematologist/Oncologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant
* Physician-owned, physician-led multi-specialty group with 100+ providers across 25 specialties
* Collaborative practice with extensive on-site ancillary services and multidisciplinary support
* Predictable work schedule designed to promote work-life balance
* Opportunity for full partnership after two years
* Accredited, high-performing practice with integrated EMR and a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
* $415K-$510K base salary with bonus potential
* Competitive comprehensive benefits package
* Four weeks of vacation plus CME time
* Partnership track with production-based compensation after two years
* Lower New York malpractice premiums than many metropolitan markets
