\ N Saint Francis HealthcareSystem is seeking a General Hematologist/Oncologist to join Cape Medical Oncology , a comprehensive and well‑established cancer program serving patients throughout Southeast Missouri and the surrounding region.
\ N As a Saint Francis Medical Partner , physicians at Cape Medical Oncology provide compassionate, evidence‑based care across the full continuum of cancer treatment. The practice treats a broad range of malignancies, including:
\ N Bone cancer
Brain cancer
\ N Breast cancer
Colon cancer
\ N Lung cancer
Leukemia
\ N Prostate cancer
Skin cancer
\ N Comprehensive Cancer Care\ N Cape Medical Oncology delivers advanced, patient‑centered oncology care with access to modern therapies and clinical research opportunities, including:

\ N Compensation & Benefits\ N Base salary of $615,986 plus productivity incentives
\ N Aggressive student loan repayment : reimbursement of up to $42,000 annually
\ N $50,000 signingbonus or monthly stipend option for residents
\ N $5,000 CME, licensing, and dues allowance
\ N Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
\ N Health, dental, and vision insurance

\ N Practice Overview\ N Join a collaborative oncology team including:\ N 4 Hematologist/Medical Oncologists
\ N 2 Radiation Oncologists
\ N 2 Advanced Practice Providers

Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.M.–4:30 p.M.
\ N Call schedule:\ N 1 weekday per work week
\ N One weekend (Friday–Sunday) per month
