Job DescriptionTinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Hematology/Oncology Physician for a permanent opportunity with a community-based cancer program in eastern North Carolina.\ N

\ N Opportunity to grow a community-based oncology practice
\ N Schedule
Monday – Friday
\ N Shared call model
Practice Environment
\ N Established team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
\ N Strong referral base
\ N Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
\ N Clinical duties include:\ N
Development of treatment plans for new patients
\ N Chemotherapy oversight
\ N Supervision of APPs forfollow-up care
\ N Participation in tumor boards
\ N Inpatient rounding

Community cancer center with:
\ N 12 infusion chairs
10 exam rooms
\ N Radiation oncology services on-site
\ N Experienced nursing staff and nurse navigators
\ N Multidisciplinary oncology support team
\ N Requirements
\ N Board Eligible or BoardCertified – Hematology/Oncology
\ N Fellowship trained required
\ N Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
