Job DescriptionHospice & Palliative Care Medical Director Opportunity in North Carolina- Full time- Laurinburg, NCPosition Overview

- Serve as Medical Director for Hospice and Palliative Care

- Provide professional expertise as a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Leadership team

- Oversee and supervise all medical aspects of the Hospice and Palliative Care program

- Act as consultant and advisor to the Board of Trustees

- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and leadership of Inpatient and Homecare Services

- Work alongside the interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

- Participate in community education and growth strategy initiatives

- Report to the Executive Director with oversight by the Chief Medical OfficerQualifications

- Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Care preferred

- Willingness to obtain Hospice Medical Director certification if not already certified

- Open to newly graduating residents and experienced physicians
