Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician
with
interventional pain management experience and training

must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
, with formal training and demonstrated expertise in
interventional pain management

multidisciplinary environment
with neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, and other specialties.
