nnnOur Ideal Candidate : An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.

nnTeam Composition : Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support.

n

nnHospital Information : 140 Beds; Closed ICU; 2 Admitting Services scheduled per day, 7 days per week

n

nnResponsibilities: Emergency Department admissions, consults and direct admissions. Additional responsibilities include working with our One Call/Hospital Supervisor team taking transfers from outlying facilities. No procedures required.

n

nnWork Schedule: 12 hour shifts – 24 weeks per year, flexible scheduling

n

nnSupport: Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support

n

n nREQUIREMENTS

nnnBC/BE Internal Medicine

n

nnBC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience or completion of a Hospitalist fellowship.

n

n nLOCATION

nnnGeography : Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.

n

nnProximity : 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

n

nnService Area : Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.

n nCOMPENSATION

nn$178.97/Hr. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
