Shift: 24-hour, in-house shifts

Hours/Week: Based on schedule and workload

Employment Type: Full-time, regular

License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

Annual Compensation: $312,000 $438,000 (includes Medical Director stipend of $25,000)

Bonuses: Potential relocation allowance and sign-on bonus

What You ll Do:

Provide OB-GYN triage, labor & delivery management, and emergency care

Conduct inpatient consults for obstetric and gynecologic conditions

Manage approximately 1,200 births annually in a Level II NICU setting with MFM support from Stanford

Collaborate with community OB-GYNs and nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care

Support program development as a Medical Director (optional leadership role)

What You Need:

Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

5 or more years of clinical experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively within a team

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
