\ N 7 on / 7 off
7pm - 7am

\ N What You'll Do \ N Admit and manage adult inpatient admissions during overnight shifts
\ N Evaluate new admissionsand initiate treatment plans in a timely manner
\ N Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient care, including admissions, cross-coverage, and urgent clinical issues
\ N Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and the daytime hospitalist team
\ N Complete documentation,orders, and detailed sign-out to ensure continuity of care
\ N Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help mentor Advanced Practice Providers and trainees as appropriate
\ N Qualifications \ N MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or applicable specialty
\ N Active California medical license
\ N Must have BLS
\ N Active DEA (or eligibleto obtain)
\ N Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
