Core Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead our Hospital Medicine program at Upson Regional Medical Center. This is a full-time, W-2 leadership role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. As Medical Director, you will play a key role in program leadership, clinician engagement, and collaboration with hospital administration, while maintaing a clinical presence to support quality patient care. \ NFacility Highlights:
\ N 1 Day Hospitalist Physician (7a-7p)
\ N 1 Day NP/PA (7a-7p)
\ N Dedicated Nocturnist NP/PA (7p-7a)
\ N Average Daily Census: ~30
\ N 115-bed community hospital
\ N 10-bed Open ICU with tele-intensivist support
\ N EMR: Meditech Expanse
\ N PositionOverview:
\ N Leadership - Provide oversight, mentorship, and guidance for a team of day hospitalists and APPs.
\ N Clinical - Balance of clinical shifts and protected administrative time.
\ N Scheduling - Standard 7on/7off moded, with flexibility in administration coverage.
\ N Engagement - Partner closely with Core and hospital leadership to maintain program stability, quality metrics and clinician satisfacation.
\ N Collaboration - Work intadem with Emergency Medicine leadership to ensure coordinated patient care.
\ N Qualifications:
\ N Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\ N Prior Hospital Medicineleadership experience required
\ N Active Georgia medical license;
or eligible to obtain Georgia medical license
\ N Demonstrated ability tolead teams, collaborate with administration and drive quality outcomes
\ N ACLS required
