\ NOpportunity:
\ N Join a 6-clinician hospital medicine team (4 physicians, 2 APPs)
\ N Collaborate closely with emergency medicine providers and specialists
\ N Work in a supportive, community-focused environment emphasizing patient-first care
\ N Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient experience
\ N Details:
\ N Schedule: 7 on / 7 off model
\ N Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\ N Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
\ N Open ICU environment
\ N Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues
\ N No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
\ N ED physicians assist with intubations if needed
\ N Compensation:
\ N $2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift
\ N Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000
\ N Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
