Opportunity:
* Join a 6-clinician hospital medicine team (4 physicians, 2 APPs)
* Collaborate closely with emergency medicine providers and specialists
* Work in a supportive, community-focused environment emphasizing patient-first care
* Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient experience
Details:
* Schedule: 7 on / 7 off model
* Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
* Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
* Open ICU environment
* Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues
* No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
* ED physicians assist with intubations if needed
Compensation:
* $2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift
* Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000
* Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
