Opportunity:
Join a 6-clinician hospital medicine team (4 physicians, 2 APPs)
Collaborate closely with emergency medicine providers and specialists
Work in a supportive, community-focused environment emphasizing patient-first care
Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient experience
Details:
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off model
Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Open ICU environment
Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues
No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
ED physicians assist with intubations if needed
Compensation:
$2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift
Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000
Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
