Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do: \ N
Provide expert medical care for pediatric patients in a hospital setting
\ N Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
\ N Monitor patient progress and update families on care status
\ N Participate in on-call rotations and respond to pediatric emergencies
\ N Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
\ N Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
\ N Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education
\ N
What YouNeed: \ N
Valid North Carolina medical license, Board Certification or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
\ N Prior experience in pediatric hospital medicine preferred
\ N Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
\ N Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
\ N
