Excellent Work-Life Balance only 7 8, 24-hour shifts per 28 days. Strong Clinical Support NPs, Family Medicine residents, and an established OB/GYN team. Level III NICU with approximately 1,845 deliveries annually. Academic & Teaching Opportunities with an active Family Medicine Residency program. Affordable, Family-Friendly Northeast Arkansas Location with Memphis just over an hour away. Established 457-Bed Hospital with dedicated L&D rooms, observation rooms, and on-unit ORs.
