This leadership opportunity comes amid rapid regional expansion and strong administrative support.Position Highlights Oversight of a busy hospitalist department with a robust APP team Full-time, onsite leadership role with a focus on program growth and quality Collaborative environment with experienced physicians and supportive administration Hospital system includes two campuses offering full inpatient and outpatient services Broad specialty support including cardiology, vascular surgery, orthopedics, pulmonary, and critical careRequirements 5"10 years of hospitalist leadership or medical director experience Board Certification in Internal MedicineCompensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus RVU and incentive bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Full health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with employer contribution CME days and allowance Paid malpractice coverage PSLF eligibilityCommunityLive and work in one of the Southeasts most desirable coastal regions.
