Physician – Hospitalist in Michigan
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist to join a growing inpatient medicine program in Clare, Michigan. This hospital-employed role offers a balanced schedule, strong subspecialty support, and the opportunity to practice in a welcoming small-town community known as the "Gateway to the North."

$300,000 start-up bonus plus highly competitive compensation plan with full benefits
Predictable schedule with 7on/7off rotation, census rounding of 12–15, and APP support on site
Comprehensive hospitalist responsibilities including admissions, consults, rapid responses, and inpatient medical management
