Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking Hospitalists for Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a 350‑bed teaching hospital.
About The Role
Daytime Hospitalist Positions: Full‑time opportunities available.
Team‑Oriented Environment: Join 77+ physicians and 29 APPs.
Hybrid Scheduling: 7 on/7 off and regular day schedules.
Manageable Patient Volume: Within SHM recommended ranges.

Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Pay Range
$240,000.00 USD – $316,000.00 USD
The pay range listed is the annual base salary range that the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined by factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other permissible factors. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
All staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
