A well-established community hospital on Boston's North Shore is seeking BC/BE Hospitalists (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its collaborative inpatient medicine team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Position Highlights: Full-time and part-time Hospitalist opportunities 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts Full-time physicians work 14 shifts per 28-day cycle Part-time physicians work 7 shifts per 28-day cycle Patient census generally falls within SHM recommended ranges Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist coverage managing ventilators, vasopressors, and procedures Collegial, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional inpatient care Modern community hospital serving a diverse patient population Compensation/Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $290K $316K (for full time) Sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance Reimbursement for interview-related travel expenses The Community: Enjoy the best of New England coastal living in a vibrant seaside community known for its beautiful beaches, historic charm, and exceptional quality of life.
