Job description
A nationally recognized, physician-led healthcare organization northwest of Boston, Massachusetts is seeking BC/BE Hospitalists (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its expanding inpatient medicine team at a 350-bed teaching hospital.
Position Highlights:
Full-time daytime Hospitalist opportunities
Flexible scheduling options, including 7-on/7-off and traditional daytime schedules
Join a collaborative team of more than 77 Hospitalists and 29 Advanced Practice Providers
Manageable patient census aligned with Society of Hospital Medicine recommendations
Practice in a collegial, physician-driven environment that values teamwork and clinical excellence
Academic setting with opportunities to work alongside residents and multidisciplinary care teams
Strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $240K $316K
