Engagement Highlights: Shift Dynamics: Embrace a schedule featuring 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM) onsite, providing flexibility and contributing to a balanced work-life schedule. Procedure Autonomy: Code your own encounters with available procedures, emphasizing a hands-on approach to patient care.
