Job description
A strong, independent, non-profit hospital is seeking a full-time BC/BE Hospitalist as group continues to expand in thriving community.
Position Highlights:
Join an established team of six daytime Hospitalist (four physicians/two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00am
Block Schedules - 5 on/5 off OR 7 on/7 off
Minimum of 15 shifts per month - 180 shifts per year
EMR System - Meditech
Contract: Shift pay+ RVU generated bonus - High earning potential; extra shift bonus if covering ICU
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Negotiable sign-on bonus
40 hours of CME (prorated)
CME allowance up to $4,000 per year (prorated)
