Job description
Syracuse, NY Post Acute Care facility is seeking a full time medical director for a role with excellent support, autonomy, and earning potential. Provide high quality care to a diverse patient population during life's pivotal moments. Estimated compensation range: $302-$338K with no cap on productivity income potential. 5 days per week. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations. Local international airport.
