ABIM or ABFM accepted6p - 6a - NIGHTS needed12 hour shifts - rotate beeper callProvider MUST be available to work 7 consecutive shifts - preferably two weeks per monthMUST have Alaska License ACTIVEDEA must be transferrable or already in AK - cannot release credentialing documents without that and license in handCredentialing timeline 45 - 60 days18 - 22 patients per day/nightEMR: EpicNo procedures
