Job Description
We are looking for a full-time OB/GYN hospitalist to work at three different hospitals, one hospital each day. Your main responsibilities will include:
Working on Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide in-house support for patients.
Performing gynecologic surgeries, like hysterectomies, and managing patients in the clinic.
Taking care of high-risk pregnancies and performing advanced surgeries related to pregnancy.
Teaching and supervising residents while they care for patients and in classroom settings.
Working with education teams to improve how residents learn and prepare.
Providing care in L&D and during emergencies to ensure patients receive good and timely care.
Working 12-hour shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to a schedule.
You will also be involved in improving the overall care that we provide.
Qualifications
You must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. We prefer applicants with at least 2 years of experience, but we will also consider new graduates from strong residency programs.
You need to have a medical license in Ohio or be willing to get one.
You must have a clean malpractice and license history.
You need a DEA license or be able to obtain one.
