Quick Facts: Location: Athens, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: 24-hour shifts (flexible scheduling) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Licensure & Certifications: Ohio medical license, board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Required, mid to senior-level Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as listed) Competitive salary (discussed at interview) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (including prescription, dental, vision) Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Relocation assistance, if applicable Retirement plan options with company match Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) Pre-tax Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Additional perks: Aflac plans, identity protection, employee assistance program, paid sick time in accordance with law, licensure and travel reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Provide OB triage, inpatient admissions, and delivery coverage for hospitalized patients Collaborate with hospital staff, obstetricians, family practitioners, and specialists Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies promptly and efficiently Ensure continuity, quality, and safety in obstetric care Communicate in real-time with community OBs regarding triage visits, emergent issues, and deliveries Contribute to multidisciplinary OB critical care efforts Support hospital s goal to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction What You Need: Ohio medical license or eligibility Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN Minimum years of experience required (please specify during application) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage OB/GYN emergencies with confidence About the Assignment: Join a dedicated and collaborative OB Hospitalist team in Athens, Ohio.
