Two full-time schedule options: 7 on / 7 off days or 218 annual shifts
Day shifts running 7 am - 7 pm on a 12-hour rotation
Closed ICU model with 24/7 intensivist coverage -- no ICU management required
Manageable census with APP support and attending-level collaboration
Independent, physician-led hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions
