Northern Indiana seeks Geriatrician for expanding practice! In addition to being a part of the Primary Care group, you'll be granted an opportunity to help develop and chair several Geriatric programs including a Geriatric ED, a Geriatric fracture program, and an Acute Care for the elderly program.
