Job DescriptionA growing academic Infectious Disease program in western West Virginia is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Infectious Disease physician.

Position Highlights:

Full-time Academic Infectious Disease Physician opportunity

Combination of inpatient consultative services and outpatient clinic practice

Manage a diverse range of infectious disease conditions

Treat complex inpatient cases and provide comprehensive outpatient care

Participate in antimicrobial stewardship initiatives

Opportunity to provide HIV care

Shared call coverage

Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, surgeons and other specialists

Opportunities to teach medical students and residents

Academic involvement and professional growth opportunities
