Job description
Board Certified or Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician Full-time employed position Hospital-based role with inpatient consults and outpatient clinic Evaluate and manage a broad range of infectious diseases Provide antimicrobial stewardship and infection prevention guidance Collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, and specialty teams Participate in infection control committees and quality initiatives Patient and staff education on infection prevention and treatment Flexible schedule with call coverage Competitive compensation with incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits including malpractice, CME, retirement, and PTO Access to advanced diagnostic tools and hospital resources MD or DO; Maine medical license required Located near attractions including Rangeley Lakes region, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Acadia National Park Approximately 35 miles ( 40 minutes) to Portland and 140 miles ( 2.5 hours) to Boston
