Family Medicine/Internal Medicine - Outpatient Locum (Arizona)
Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 13 weeks with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 10's
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Family Practice
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, active AZ licensure, BLS and DEA.
