Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job in Arizona Monday - Friday Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
As soon as credentialed through the end of 2026, with potential to extend into 2027
Shift Details
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Includes 9 clinic sessions and 1 administrative session to complete charts daily
No call coverage
Requirements
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine candidates will not be accepted)
Active Arizona license or active IMLC
Active Arizona DEA
BLS, ACLS
Required Procedures / Skills
Ambulatory primary care practice
Chronic disease management
Acute care
Hospital follow-up
Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)
Inbox management
Assignment Details
Outpatient clinic
Practice mix: 75% adult clinic and 25% adult geriatric
Average of 18-20 clinic patients per physician per day
Patients are established primary care patients only
Patient population ages 18 years and older
No hospital coverage
Clinic setting only
