Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)Compensation: $194K - $284K per yearJob Type: Full-time, MondayFriday, outpatient-focused; on-call rotation as applicableA community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient environmentDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care across acute and chronic conditionsSupervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff, as applicableParticipate in shared call coverage and after-hours consultation per organizational policyEnsure accurate, timely clinical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of careContribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient educationSupport community outreach, training, and education efforts as needed
