Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: $400,000 base salary + incentive compensation based on quality and productivity metrics.Negotiable $30,000 bonus as sign-on and relocation coverage.

Additional Info: The CMO position will entail 0.4 FTE of direct patient care and 0.6 FTE devoted to administrative duties.
