Job description
ROADS Community Clinic - Compton Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5: 00 pm 60% admin / 40% clinical Employed Average Patients seen: 18-20 Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $400,000 base salary + incentive compensation based on quality and productivity metrics.$30,000 allotted for relocation assistance and sign-on bonus, negotiable Benefits: - 19 PTO days and 9 paid holidays- 401k with 4% match- Health, dental, and life insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and eligible dependents- Vision insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums- Up to $1,000 health expense reimbursement- 3 paid CME days and $1,000 reimbursement Additional Info: The CMO position will entail 0.4 FTE of direct patient care and 0.6 FTE devoted to administrative duties.
