JWCH Inc. - Lancaster Full Time Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM Extended hours available/Flexibility in scheduling available Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18 to 22 patients daily Call Schedule: None Loan Repayment Compensation: - $260,000 to $280,000 Salary Benefits: Benefits: - Relocation Assistance if Out of State- Medical/Dental/Vision - 401k - 1 Week for CME Plus $1,500k Allowance - 2 Weeks Vacation Time - 8 Hours Sick Time- 11 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid Floating Holidays Additional Info: Job Description:The position is responsible for medical management of assigned caseload of patients. The positioncollaborates with the Chief Medical Director as described in the established protocol. Hasoperational responsibility on primary care team. Position reports to physician team leaderresponsible for primary care teams. The physician specialist will have a nurse assist in patient casemanagement. Requirements:- New graduates encouraged to apply- Current California Physician license- Current DEA Certificate.- Current CPR Certification.- Ability to travel from site to site as needed.- Experience in working with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and culturalbackground preferred.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
