JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Internal Medicine (Primary Care) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Napa, CA 94558 Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Reason for Coverage: Vacancy Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p Light Call only Start Date: ASAP PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adults, Geriatrics FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS EMR System: Epic Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary: $308,406 - $335,406 Incentive Bonus: Earning potential up to $400k; Sign-on bonus available Relocation Assistance: Available Student Loan Repayment: Loan repayment available CME Allowance: Available details TBD PTO & Holidays: Per employer policy Medical, Dental, Vision: Comprehensive benefits package available 401(k) or 403(b) with match: Retirement plan available Life & Disability Coverage: Available Malpractice Insurance (with Tail): Covered with tail REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Board Status: BC/BE (IM/FM) State License: CA or in process Certifications: BLS Experience: Minimum 3 years post-residency preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans. Coordinate care with specialists and community resources.
