Financially stable and growing FQHC in Central California is seeking a Primary Care provider for a 100% outpatient position. Offering a 4 day work week and scheduling interviews now. Strong team dynamic with several sub-specialties in house. $285k-$370k Base (DOE) + Quality/Production Bonuses. $90,000 Sign on Bonus Delivered upon Start!. 4 Day Work Week Option. Offering flex schedule with Outpatient opportunities. Several locations and clinics throughout Central California. Strong support - Dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health services, chiropractor, podiatry, and other specialties in-house for our patients. Less than an hour to International Airport .
