Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical and administrative support. Responsibilities Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice Employed physician role within a multispecialty clinical environment Join a primary care team of 21+ providers Monday"Friday schedule, 8:00 AM " 5:00 PM Opportunity to participate in a local Internal Medicine Residency Program (optional academic involvement) Compensation Base salary range: $250,000 " $300,000 Base salary plus productivity bonus Sign-on bonus provided Relocation allowance included Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage Tuition reimbursement CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverage Health insurance (self-funded EPO/HMO at no cost to the provider) Additional voluntary benefit options Relocation reimbursement Location " Victorville, CA Located in Southern Californias High Desert region, Victorville offers convenient access to Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga (approximately 45 minutes away), while maintaining a more relaxed, community-based lifestyle.
