This is an excellent opportunity to provide high quality, primary care in skilled nursing facilities while enjoying a schedule that offers meaningful patient interactions, dedicated administrative time, and a strong interdisciplinary support team.
Position Highlights: $375,000+ total compensation
25 patient facing hours and 15 administrative hours per week
Low daily patient volume, allowing for comprehensive, relationship-based care
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Collaborative, physician-led practice environment
Immediate start available
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Colorado medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start
