Base Salary: $230K - $
\ N Production Bonuses Available

Job Description:

Location: Hackettstown, NJ (1hr from Allentown)
\ N Internal Medicine Physician
\ N 100% Outpatient PrimaryCare Clinic Setting
\ N Typical Volume: 20-22 patients per day
\ N M-F Schedule 9-5pm. Oneday per week staying until 7pm.
\ N Weekend Call: Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday.
\ N Call by phone is 1:3 for evenings.
\ N 2 Other Internal Med physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff
\ N Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
\ N Provide high-value careconsider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
\ N Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
\ N Ability to have a New Jersey State Medical License
\ N
